Potential Violence
Employers have a legal obligation, under the 1974 Healthy and Safe to Work Act (HSW Act) to reasonably insure the health, safety, and welfare of their employees at work.
Employees who are subjected to verbal or physical threats may become clinically depressed. Their drive and motivation to do a good job is impaired by a constant vigilance of intimidation.
Employees want the security of knowing they are safe while concentration on performing their duties. They are, too often, reminded by the evening news that anything could happen, at work, at any time.
Some employees who are violating other company rules may intimidate others by threatening violence in an attempt to silence any whistleblowers.
By using our firm as an independent auditor, we can weed out unhealthy and unsafe work environments and replace them with healthy and safe workplaces.
